Our rates are negotiable and we will be happy to discuss other financial arrangements prior to commencement of any work.
AD HOC PRICE


Manuscript Transcription......... (From - £12.00 Ph)
Temporary Staff Cover............. (From - £12.00 Ph)
Other Services............................ (From - £20.00 Ph)
You will be invoiced at the end of each project or during the third week of the month, to be paid no later than the last working day of the month.
MONTHLY
Monthly packages start at £500 for 27 hours.
You will be invoiced on the first working day of each month.
Pre agreed monthly packages mean that, you plan your ongoing monthly support according to your budget and business requirements.
RETAINER
If you require assistance on a more regular basis, perhaps over a period of months, then we recommend the retainer service, so that we can guarantee our availability.
EXPENSES

Stationery, up to and including 10 pieces, are included in the above rates.

Any telephone calls to UK landlines and mobiles of less than 1 minute are also included.

Stationery above 10 pieces, postage, travel expenses and telephone calls longer than 1 minute to UK landlines and mobiles or overseas calls will be charged at cost.

Petrol will be charged at 40p per mile.

All expenses will be agreed with you in advance before ordered.

Payments accepted: BACs, Cheque or Cash
CHANGES
Should the Client’s requirements change, Joie de Vivre reserve the right to make a supplemental charge. Consultation will take place before supplemental charges are incurred.
CANCELLATIONS
Must be made in writing and preferably prior to the commencement of the work.
If work has already commenced and the time spent on the project exceeds the minimum contract period the client will be required to pay for the extra time.
